PROJECT OVERVIEW

AHS Management is a custom WordPress-based school management platform developed around the real academic and administrative workflows of a school.

The goal was to move everyday academic operations into a centralized digital environment rather than relying on disconnected manual processes.

A generic school-management plugin could not adequately match these specific workflows.

BUILT AROUND REAL SCHOOL WORKFLOWS

The important part of this project was not simply creating another school website.

The system was developed around how teachers and administrators actually work—including who can access what, which subjects a teacher handles, how attendance is recorded, how marks are processed and how results are generated.

RESULT

A centralized WordPress-based academic management environment that brings student data, teacher workflows, attendance, marks, results and reporting into one system.
